Got here at 9am store closed, apparantly there having a meeting of some sort as customers are out here waiting..9:03 store still not open!!!
Very unhelpful. Rude, loud, and unprofessional. I like Ross but will never visit this store again.
Not that I was expecting much, but the cashier was unnecessarily rude. She acted like she couldn't take my purchase and then took another customers... I was very disappointed in that moment of customer service. Everyone else working there was pleasant.
I shopped till I dropped dead. Highly organized with reasonable prices for perfect clothes. Its heaven on earth for shopaholics.
Checkout employees not very pleasant. No smiles no small talk while checking out. They looked like they were miserable. Very unpleasant
